Student and trade-show-only pre-registration are both free.
Note: Onsite registration at the show costs more and takes longer to process.
Whose show is this?
The HEAT Show is brought to you in proud partnership between NEFI, the New York Oil Heating Association, the Connecticut Energy Marketers Association, the Oil Heat Institute of Rhode Island, the Massachusetts Energy Marketers Association, the Vermont Fuel Dealers Association, the Energy Marketers Association of New Hampshire and the Maine Energy Marketers Association.
Members of all these groups are strongly encouraged to attend, but you don’t have to belong to any particular association to attend. The show is open to all professionals working in heating fuel, energy, HVAC-R, electricity, plumbing and related fields, as well as all students considering a career in the trades. By supporting the HEAT Show, you are helping support the associations that are fighting for your future.
What’s included in registration?
There are five registration options:
- Management Track includes full trade show + all sessions (9/15-18)
- HVAC Tech Track includes full trade show + Tues/Wed sessions (9/17-18)
- Non-Exhibiting Vendor Registration includes full trade show (9/17-18)
- Trade-Show-Only includes full trade show (9/17-18)
- Student Registration includes full trade show (9/17-18)
What makes this different than other trade shows and industry events?
The HEAT Show combines the best of the NEFI Energy Expo and Southern New England Energy Conference for a comprehensive, impactful 21st century event.
With a programming schedule suited to the specific needs of our industry’s business executives, office managers, service managers, delivery drivers and service technicians, there is truly something for everyone at the HEAT Show.
Also, unlike other industry events, you don’t need to choose between going to the trade show or the sessions. There are separate tracks for each member of your team, and none of the tracks overlap with the trade show itself.
Most importantly, this is the show where our business leaders and influencers come together to determine the future of the heating fuel industry.
When is the pre-registration deadline?
Pre-registration pricing ends September 10, 2019. Full-price registration will be available onsite at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, RI, from September 15-18.
In addition to being centrally located between New York and Northern New England, Rhode Island’s energy industry is something of a microcosm of the Northeast heating fuel business, with all its exciting opportunities and challenges.
The Rhode Island Convention Center offers ample space for the delivery trucks, cutting-edge heating equipment, high-volume trade show floor, conference halls and meeting spaces that the HEAT Show demands.
Additionally, Providence is a beautiful and safe city, with plenty of activities available for all attendees and their colleagues and families
Where can I stay while I’m at the HEAT Show?
The show’s organizers have set aside discounted room blocks at the Graduate Providence, Hilton Providence, Providence Courtyard By Marriott and Homewood Suites by Hilton, all within walking distance of the Rhode Island Convention Center.
